upgrading to Band or Comedian creator

Hey, just a quick question for everyone.

I recently lost a bunch of accounts (deleted) so I'm looking at some other creation options.

I'm thinking of upgrading to either the band or comedian creator and was just hoping someone could give me a little info on how much better (if any) they are or which one I should choose. (mostly used with message sender).

Also, is it about the same limits 5-10 accounts per IP?

any info or advice you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
