Update: For every new account made, these settings have the limits on them. It seems like old accounts are working and can message just fine, however any new account that is made is having issues with a captcha after every message.
MySpace has been known to inflict new settings for a couple of days to try and fade the spammers out and trick them into thinking that their money-making days are over, so we'll see how long this udpate lasts. But for the time being, if your campaigns solely rely on creating new accounts and sending tons of messages with them, your venture for right now is at a hault.
