commissions not recieved

I hade a couple of friends buy lots of programs for there computers and i did not get credit for them. Paypal address is:

Still no reply hope you can help with this. I have 2 more people interested in the packages. Will i get paid for comissions at all? What else do i have to do to prove? Sent there paypal addresses the programs they bought should be found in your system from that. Please respond and help with this problem.

two months ago we changed the system, if there is an unkown refferer and it makes a commission then its doesn't count.. there were a lot of people doing fraudulent commissions using their own link.. if you want to get paid make sure that they come from a website, this way we can check out where they came from. do not use our url for email we don't want to get black listed as spam, use your website and from there link to us!

you'll see all of them are (Unknown) and just a few are (mail.yahoo.com) we dont want that, it should say (your-own-domain.com)
