Hey I PM'ed you about some pre-purchase questions that i have and i se you were here answering all the questions yet not m pm, and i always see post and rules about what to pm and what to post, and i'm not very familiar with those strict rules so i am deeply sorry if my questions are ones that has to be posted on the forum and not pm'ed, here it is:
I need all the multi-threaded myspace related software is the expensive $400 package include all of them?
second i've been browsing this forum only for couple of minutes and saw "Id is gathering only men", "Account creator doesn't work", "Captcha bypass doesn't work", i even saw you asking for account from an account seller in the forum, and it got me kind of scared, what are the support limits that you offer and what kind of refunds do you offer if product is malfunctioning?

they allow you to try before you buy... many others dont.
you can see support questions in their forums [and answers!]... most others 'cleanse' their forums immediately after receiving a support question.

are you spending 400 without trying it? once again i suggest you to download the package and see for yourself.

we put a lot of effort on having these trials for users to see themselves so they dont have to comes asking if the software is blue or yellow..

why do you have to be rude? i'm a client and i asked 3 times if it's multi-threaded a question that can be answered by yes or no.
why didn't i try? because i tried, I did not have the libraries and it gave me the error i thought i need to run it as admin it did it again gave the same error, i looked into the documents i saw that i need to install the libraries and i did and when i opened it it says 3/3(after the in first two times it did not open the software - you should fix this) and after i opened it for the third time i had an emergency and i had to live.
now me as a customer said that i'm willing to pay $400 but you instead of answering my private msg, and instead of answering a simple question here in the forum, you tell me "are you spending 400 without trying it?" are you saying i cannot trust your product? are you trying to insult my intelligence by making it look stupid that i'm willing to pay you $400 without trying or you're just making it look stupid because it's not worth it.

i do apologize for being naive - i heard good stuff about the program and that is why i was so trusty - but for me service comes #1.

im not rude i just play by the rules, you come into my forum and dont read the forum rules.. and then harass sending me PMs even though its not allowed..

now if you wanna try bundle5 you should download the (stand alone) software included in bundle5 but each one has a different license so you can use them for trials with no problems

i tried the softwares as stand alones and still did not understood if in "bundle 5" i get the multi-threaded or the regular ones.... can you answer this question?
