Re-activation Needed but no paypal

I need to re-activate a 1 bundle and 1 bot but I don't have the $10 to send paypal. I do have a cc. I'm looking for someone with the $10 in paypal. I will give you $15 to do it if you know of a way I can pay you with my cc or buy you something online. Or Uber if you have a way I can do this.

unless you are banned by paypal like me [because they suck too much _ _ _ _ ] , then you are able to use your credit card to send a payment via paypal... send money without a paypal acct will ask you for your cc info and process it via pisspal.... oops... i mean paypal
