Do you think it would help if the account creater had a timer in-between account creation? That way instead of 10 new accounts from the same IP address in 1 miunte, you can create 1 every 10 minutes or something and spread it out (sending to Image To Text). Or would this matter?

I don't think a timer would do it. I think it is totally IP related. I used to make all my own accounts, but of late I have been outsourcing them. I was creating 10 accounts per IP. I have heard it is now 3 and I have heard it is now 4 per IP. Either way, its a pain. Too bad Uber doesn't have his own proxy bank we can subscribe to for a fee (similar to image to text, where we tick a box and put in our uber proxy account details). I know you can set up your own proxy server w/ a block of IPs, but I think many of us are not running that big of an operation to make that option viable. Perhaps I am mistaken. I do think some collaboration would be beneficial for all here, but I suspect as with most things here it is every man for himself.
