uberbots tech support!
Hello there users..
I am writing an ebook and im including the best software with the best customer service.. I would like to have some input from regular users.. all of the votes will be counted and will be anonymously..

im sorry to hear this i have been a paying customer for over a year now and never had any issue, I own over 20 licenses and the software has been working wonderful for me.. I need more input for users though!

all of the upcoming upgrades from software are indeed free so I really dont know why you need to transfer!

there is a general chat where you can ask all the questions that you want, if you dont have a version number then dont post in (Support and Help) or in (Report Bugs) because they will trash it.. these guys follow their posting format by the book so if you go asking all over the forum like if you own the place they will stop you by the minute..

Saw your reply after I deleted it. Just I'm still trying to get things working I'll post a revised description of my experience once I've got it going. But I will still say they are very unfriendly and unforgiving. I run my own business as well so I know how easy it is to get pissed at users who don't get it but I keep that to myself as far as my business goes and help them out as best I can. I have a lot of cut and paste responses but I give a response as they pay my bills and I generally like people to be with my company.

If they need help streamlining their process with some PayPal API development they can alway let me know!

I have seen many people here come and go.. and usually the new ones have a hard time following the forum rules or the posting format.. once they get that going they don't complain.. one thing for sure is that if these new users don't get it right the first time they don't threat them like customer and that is not a good first impression.

but oh well I understand like if you go to a middle eastern country and go to their church with shoes they will get really offended and trow you out..

so for me that I always read the instructions before taking a new medicine, i have had a decent customer service!

the forum is very good in their support/response if we follow the rules of the forum.they also have a lot of queries from different members so if they are in correct format it will be easy for them to understand and to solve our problems soon.I have seen this by my experience on the forum.
