In the Refund Policy section, it talks about a video that you provide for the user to show how it works. Where can I find that video for my instruction?

This would help me a lot too. I am new and having some difficulty. Is there anywhere else I can get additional info being that I am a beginner? Or is there anyone who would want to spend a few minuets to walk me through it. I have most of it down but just need clarity on the correct order.
