Uber Functionality Question

I am thinking about getting this software, but I see no one has posted here since August 2008

I have a few questions for users:

Is this software still the best out?
Are accounts lasting?

Any info would help. Thanks

we have zero tolerance for people who doesn't follow the forum rules, out of 100 users 40 of them actually follow/read them, the users get banned from our support and then they go complaining and asking why..

if you are skeptical I recommend you download the software that you are willing to purchase and try it.. it if it works then buy if it doesn't then don't buy it! simple as that =)

I have a person that wants to buy right now, but the transaction is not going through. PayPal says that "the seller cannot accept payment at this time"

I showed her your demos and they are sort of limited, but she wants to get these:

I am also an internet marketer and can get more buyers. I signed up for an affiliate account, but I want all buyers to be satisfied with what they purchase. This way there is no refunds, because I know for a fact that paypal is strict when buyers complain. I had a few bad times with them when I sold on eBay.

I referred a customer to you from my affiliate ID, and the person seems to be having issues. I never used the Uberbots before, but my family member needed some good software. I did the research and referred her to you. At the same ( as an affiliate markter) I wanted to make a quick buck too.

Anyways you can please recommend her on what to do? I am sure she is not doing something right, but what could it be? I remember re-assuring her that she had nothing to worry about with her purchase because in your return policy you stated you would help until her issue was resolved. I know you are are busy person, but is there anyway you can please assist her until its working?

She also mentioned just using the Hi5 bot instead. If possible can she do this? She is only interested in the Account Creator, Message Sender, and Account Checker for Hi5.

I referred her to you via my affiliate ID, but at this point I would just be satisfied with getting her up and going. I do not even care about my half because now she is pissed with me. What can we do? Please let me know. Thanks

we only support with technical questions or if the software is not working correctly.. she reported some bugs and we checked out the issues and we found out that the software is working fine.. if she's doing something wrong then she must find out whats wrong.

I do not know what to tell her or how to assist her.

Is there any way you can de-activate her MySpace bots and activate the Hi5?

It appears that they are working fine for her.

She is even willing to pay for a transfer and take just three Hi5 bots. The creator, sender, and account checker. I know you are busy, but can you please please please assist me with solving this issue this once?

Looks like I will take the loss and reimburse her for her funds, but one issue that I noticed that I am sure you can assist me with:

I referred her using my affiliate account in October, and I do not see any of the transactions recorded for my 50/50 commission. Did your jrox.php script record it correctly? The only thing I see is the 4 clicks she made, but no reported earnings.

I am going to send her a link to purchase your Hi5 bots under my affiliate ID as well. How come it is not reporting my earnings for the previous sale?

atleast some body also faced the same problem which I faced.

ok. Uber Tech Support., I'm in the same situation.

I made a sale but i didn't get my bucks nor can i see the earnings report in affiliate area. all i can see is clicks.

please help us
