Need my software re-activated

I had to reformat my computer as it was infested with spyware and I COULD NOT get rid of it. I tried everything. My computer was literally useless.

I tried re-downloading after re-formating and it unfortunately doesn't work. So I need it re-activated ASAP please! I'm sending an activation email now.

with the email that you sent we are only able to see that you have bought two proxy licenses and you're sending activation for bundles!

make sure that the email is correct!

I'm sure you remember that I used a buddies paypal account because we purchased it together. I re-sent the activation emails with that information. Please try to get this going asap. Thanks!

there were two computers using the software with the same emails
THEEMPTY and DC91KF91 which one is the one It should get de-activated?
