Regarding license transfer please assist

I hope this is the right section.

I need a license transfer, I bought the winsock 1 bundle awhile back and I haven't used it for awhile, I see that I need epassporte to do license transfer but I don't have epassporte I only have paypal and liberty reserve.

I don't understand why you have this 'license transfer' system setup, it seems like it would be easier to just let someone download it wherever after they've purchased it, but I'm okay with paying the extra $5, but I don't know how to do it because I don't have a epassporte account.

After looking at other posts on this forum and sending a email I can see 24/7 support has a tendecy not to reply. I'd appreciate if you could advise me in this matter, with at least stating 'we don't take paypal' now or something of that effect
