Any time I try to run any of the newly updated software such as Leet ID Scanner, Account Creator Bundle, (updated July 6'th) etc. I get a Windows Error and the programs won't start. Here is a screenshot of the error I get:
For Modname it usually says Unknown according to Windows, but one time it said normaliz.dll. I tried replacing that and still get the error.
Here is the error report that Windows generates:

After reading the error report I figured that it had something to do with Kernel32.dll so i tried replacing that as well. When I did that the older versions that I have the software wouldn't execute at all. So then I rebooted Windows using the Last Known Good Configuration and the older versions will now run but I still get the error on the newly updated versions when trying to run them. Where do I go from here?
