Bulletin Question

So, one problem I have had is I cannot find a decent bulletin poster program. I bought Uberbots but I am dissapointed with it. Unless, I am using it wrong (and please tell me if I am), it seems like I cannot set the program to post, for example, 10 bulletins with a 60 minute interval. This is kinda like what FBP allows you to do.

I tried out DragonBotBulletinPoster, but it just contiously cycles through all my accounts. By that I mean it does 80 bulletin postings for 80 accounts and then immediately starts again without deleting the previous bulletins. So, in effect, it floods people's bulletin boards.

Does anyone here know of a decent bulletin poster program I can use? Does anyone even use bulletin's anymore? Is that why there are no decent programs out for it anymore?
