Very Cool Idea
As you know time is money and providing support these products takes a lot of time. Offering support for free is cool. Using the forums and such. But how about a premium support service. A monthly fee or per incident price ? I would gladly pay a service fee or subscription cost. It would be worth it. Who is with me ?

I believe that will place people who really need help as well to the back burner. Like me, I just bought a bot and it had issues, it was hard enough getting support as is, let alone if paying people took priority over me. I believe it would easily be abused and no help provided for those not paying just so they will start paying.

Well part of the problem, is the fact that there are so many people that don't read the forums, and don't try to help themselves. You and I might have legitimate problems that require the attention of the coder, but 50 others might have a simple problem that just a little browsing of the forum would tell them how to fix. This as I am sure gets very frustrating, and takes time away from people that really require help that the forum and such cannot provide.
A good example of this is Microsoft. I know it's a bit far fetched but you can browse the Microsoft forums for free, and read about how to do just about anything, fix any problem. It's an option for those who have the time, and want to try to help themselves. Now keep in mind those people bought Windows. Even if it's bundled, you still pay for it. If Microsoft gave free lifetime tech support they would already be out of business.
