Program to Message Friends of each Account Only?

I was wondering if there was a program here that can go through a list of my accounts, grab all the friends for each account and then (either manually or automatically) transfer them over to the Message Sender. The Message Sender would then send messages to friends of each account only.

Just in case the reason is not obvious, I want to only message friends from the account they are friends with. Is there a program here that can do that?
