All known issues discovered in the free trial phase have been resolved.

Any recent reports on this would be great. How's it working? Whats the failure rate? Any lag issues? What are the best times of the day that they have the most manpower? daytime, evening, graveyard hours?

Im definitely interested in these services.

The reviews have been great! I am glad you all are having such positive results.

To answer some questions, we are 24x7. There are technically some peak times, but they are irrelevant on your end. We add staff as needed to keep the time on our end to less than 45 seconds. This way there is plenty of time in there for the text to get back to you and back to MS.

So no graveyard or any other problems. If your image timeouts because we see a spike and as we add resources, then you get the credit back to your account if we do not translate in 45 seonds.

We have people throwing up 5K per day and a few at 10K or more. These clients are seeing great results as well.

So no matter what the volume, we will take care of you. And we are very approachable, I think there should be some people here to speak to that. Thanks again!

Oh, and the timeout rate is less than 10% and still decreasing as we adjust our processes.
