Problem with MS Message Sender v 2.7

OK, so Uber insists that this is an imagetotext problem, even though it's a very simple straightforward question....

I have tried setting up sub accounts an using them and I'm still getting the "Post error:" message. I've tried various combinations of the master username and subaccount name and so on and I keep getting the error. If the poblem is with how I am entering my account information, could you please reply with examples of how to fill in the fields?

For example, if your info is as follows:

master user name: masterUserName
master password: masterPassword
sub name: subName
sub user name: subUserName
sub password: subPassword

what should I enter into to the following fields:

Username
sub account
Password

Username - This is your main account username.
Sub Account - This is the sub account you create when you log in to Image To Text.
Sub Account Password - This is the password you input when you create the Sub Account.

Did you distribute credits into your sub account?

Yes, credits were distributed a couple of days ago... I'm still getting a post error...

Yeah, I just went to test it out for my first time and I'm getting "Post error:" everytime. Everything is set up correctly.

MAIN USERNAME
SUB USERNAME
SUB PASSWORD
