I often get 'captcha bypass' one after another on friend adds (like it will do 3 in a row when it's not supposed to). Why is this? Is it because it was entered wrong before by your staff? Do you charge when your staff makes a mistake? Thanks

No, if there is an error due to wrong captcha, the Uber reports it and we credit back the credit. If there is a timeout because we could not get the credit back in time, we credit the account. If you are seeing too many captchas being used, then it is a bug with Uberbots. You will need to post under his section. Thank you.
