getting a popup when trying to create accounts

I am getting a imate to text popup that says post error: but then nothing. This is with the band creator, the regular account creator. it happens with proxys on and off. I have tried everything I know, please help!

That usually indicates you did not install the SOAP SDK from the ReadMe file. Please let us know if that does not fix the issue. Thank you!
