Activation
Hey Uber,

I went to your main site to activate my program for the first time and I still have not got my activation. I know here we are supposed to pay a $5 fee for transfers but Im not transferring just trying to get it activated the first time. Please let me know what can be done.

Oh and by the way my program is the Hi5 Acct Creator.
