I'm not looking to transfer my software!!
I think it's highly disturbing that you are going to charge me 5 dollars when it's your software that is not reading my registry anymore and I've made no changes. Ever since I downloaded the latest update, my entire bundle 1 package hasn't worked saying that I have a trial version and need to register my software. By charging me this exorbitant 5 dollar fee b/c you have to "manually log into pay pal," you are basically saying that we need to start paying for support. I posted all of the relevant info that you would need per your post minus the transaction id because I didn't feel that putting 5 dollars in your account was necessary for re-activating my software that was paid in full for last June. I guess I was wrong. This is costing me money to be down, so I'll just pay you to get back up and running and look else where for new software in the coming weeks.
