license transfer problem again

hi, as I said, I bought 3 license from you.

one at $95 on Nov 13 with Transaction ID #4ET78338EP4528734 paid $95

other two on Nov 29 2007 with one transaction number #0J303494LJ6811832 paid $128.25 USD (second license discounted)


so I have only one transaction ID for these two licenses.

I am using only two instances at the moment and the third one got deactivated by you.
Here is the code. please activate and make a note on my licencses.
