I've read it and re-read it and read it again...there is certain information that I don't have (which I explained in the prior posts) - I don't know why it is so difficult to just provide customer service? If you are looking for me to do something that I'm not doing, why not just SAY what it is you need or what I can do for assistance. I know that I'm not alone in saying this as you repeatedly trash posts and don't ever seem to help those who are confused.
Not everyone is as computer literate as you may be and you have to understand that something that is perfectly plain and clear to you may not be perfectly plain and clear to someone like me.
PLEASE, like I've asked previously...a little help? I've spent well over $300.00 in your products alone over the past year I would hope you would want to keep me as a customer for future products when all I'm trying to do is get a little assistance so I can keep using what I've paid for. I'm sorry that my computer crashed, believe me, I don't want to be going through this hassle any more than you do. I just need to get up and running again.

Okay, I have a MAJOR problem. My laptop crashed and I lost all previous data including emails with PayPal transactions and ID's. I have purchased a lot of software from you over the past year from a variety of paypal accounts (consequently I can't post this according to your specifications - I'm sorry - I just need help)
