License Transfer Question.

I had to update my .NET to get your software to work and I changed my machine ID when I updated my .NET

My question is do I have to pay for a license transfer? I didn't reformat and I'm not transferring to a different machine. I simply updated my .NET and had no idea it would change my machine ID.
