I have included all the info you have asked for, can you please spell out what I am doing wrong?

Are you trying to tell me that because I have lost the original purchase paypal transaction id's that there is no help for me.

I have reformatted my drive and had ro reinstall paralels on my mac.

if you're not able to to find your own transaction in your paypal or in your email we cant transfer the license..
