Support and Help Section
-The Thread title In (Support) and (Bugs) section has to be the version number, Example: 2.3 or 3.1 etc..
-If there's an open thread about the same software, don’t open another thread!
-We don't provide proxy support, so don't ask how to find proxies.
-Don't spam the forum!
-If you're looking for support make sure that you explain with a few details.. "it doesn't work" is simply not going to cut it!
-The software is not intended for spamming purposes!
-If you need to contact other members then use (Private Message). dont use it to ask us for support!
-We do not provide support for phishing accounts!
-Resell of software licenses are not allowed!
-Don't report any bugs in the (support) section!

Bugs Report Section
-Click (go advanced) so that you can attach files
-On Attach Files click the (manage attachments) button and upload the the generated debug html file!
-Don't forget to upload the debug file, so that we can fix the software! (note: look at the file and make sure its not empty)
-Every post in Bugs Section must include a debug file we do not want to see posts saying "same here" or "not working either"

License Activation
-If for some reason your software is not activated after 24 hours or if you would like to switch the license to another computer then post it in the (License Transfer) section and remember to include the paypal transaction number.
-If your software has been de-activated please post in (license transfer) and remember to read the post format of that section
-Starting on 2008 each license transfer is $5

General:
-If by any chance the software is not doing what it is supposed to be doing, please report it!
-If you have a problem with the software make sure to check manually from the website to see if it works, if it works manually then report the problem in the Bugs section with a detailed explanation, name of the software and version number!
-Do not post personal information of you or us on the forum or anywhere, not even email or anything!
