Uberbots I need support for your product. Can you please help me?

Also here is a statement from your policy:

"If you run into any problems using or running the application we will assist you until it is fixed. Or provide a custom solution if necessary. We promise to provide full support!"

All I am asking is for a simple resolution or information as to what could be causing the issue that I am receiving. I am receiving some type of problem in the software and it is not working for me. Can you recommend anything that would be helpful?

any idea on what I could be doing wrong to cause this?

I plugged these accounts into another myspace message sender, and its sending perfect.

I used your demo on my other computer and its giving me the same issue.

What small item would cause this?

U put a debug file so that we can see wats going wrong without debug cant say exactly wat the problem is may be the data U put to be sent in message would have been some different format and causing some error.Something in settings went wrong some data U dint provide correctly I think

I trouble shot my steps as best as possible. I am a PC Tech with over 8yrs experience, but no coder.

This is what I did:

Step 1:
1. I checked all of my .txt files, and everything appeared fine. After still getting the issue I went to step 2.

Step 2
I re-downloaded the application, and used the default message that was already in there and did not change anything, except enter my accounts. Still same issue!

Step 3:
I downloaded the demo onto another computer of mine, loaded just my accounts and still the same issue! I have tried several different internet connections, same issue.

I paid $175 for a package that I cannot use. Just got off the phone with paypal, explained everything and they are prepared to refund me. I let them know about the NO REFUND policy, and they said that I first have to try to get this statement fulfilled before they can issue a refund: “we will assist you until it is fixed. Or provide a custom solution if necessary.”

So I will be calling them back within 24 hrs to let them know that I notified Uberbots of my re-attempt to receive a working product. I do not care who it is working for, GREAT FOR THEM. It is not working for me, and I need HELP! I do not need someone to tell me “its working and now I am closing this thread” that is not support at ALL! That definitely is not trying to assist me until it is fixed or providing me with a custom solution if necessary!

Again PayPal is expecting my call back, to prove that this part of the refund policy was not honored.\

Here is what I told PayPal:

"If the merchant (uberbots) is allowed to sale faulty software to customers, and provide inadequate support then I am going to start another business, put up half working software, sell it and say NO REFUNDS! I am going to put up extremely limited trials so they can barely test what I have. Just enough to get them to buy the software, then I am going to take their money, and provide inadequate support. I am going to closed support requests, and give some customers working software, and if it is not working for others, then I am not going to care.”

They gave me the response I was looking for:

IT’S ILLEGAL!

I am up to the ceiling with this software. I would even be willing to have them cut off the 4 Myspace programs and give me the Hi5 programs instead. That seems like a custom solution that is fair! Hopefully the Hi5 works!

If I show PayPal I am not receiving the statement in the refund policy they are just going to take my money back for me.

Even exchange. You can KEEP the $56 difference. I just want a working solution. Maybe give me some transfer credit or something in the future, because I am thinking about getting a new laptop.

Actually, I am more seeking the Hi5 account checker, message sender, account creator, and commentor. Its a more than fair and easy exchange. I would rather get something I can use, rather than a refund and have to look for a new solution
