Let's try this again -- maybe this time if you decide to lock a support topic, you'll give an exact reason as to why it's locked .. But whatever...
I'm having issues this morning with the software -- anytime I go to open either of the two that I purchased yesterday, I get an error popping up that says, "Software cannot connect to license server!"
Is this something that you know about, or is it strictly on my side? How can this be fixed?

I read the other posts you made. And don't you think I've tried closing the programs and re-opening them? I also tried rebooting my PC, still not working. I'm not a retarded computer user -- been using computers for about 15 years now. On top of that, I work for an I.T. company. I think all of that common sense stuff is covered tenfold...

well sometimes we get questions like (how do I click start)
are we supposed to know you rebooted you computer and that you tried 10 times already?
the software cant connect to the license server, if it was working yesterday then look around to see what you have changed in your system/network etc..

The thing is, I haven't changed anything in my system. I was using it like, 10 minutes before it started doing this. I closed the program because I walked away from my PC for a second, then I came back, went to open it again, and it started giving me that error.
Things I've tried:
- Re-opening the programs
- Rebooting my PC
- Re-downloading the files
- Re-installing the .dll files

Actually I've also had the same problem myself.
I'm using a 3-times trial. The first time I used the account creator and pressed start nothing happened. I then noticed that the program had an update so i updated it and still had the same problem.
The second time I loaded it I got as far as viewing the captchas and although I'm sure i entered them correctly, I cycled through about 5 images without an account being created. I tried to generate the debug html file and got some error saying something about "error 52". This error caused the program to crash. Third attempt I got the "software cannot connect to the license server".
I also noticed that when trying to use a .biz catch-all address the field resets to default as soon as I click 'Start'.
I've already asked that you re-activate my first trial because i had similar problems there. If you need help fixing this I can happily provide you with a video / series of screenshots.
This concerned the account creator that I downloaded today. It apparently uses a separate activation code than the bundles and I'm not sure how to access it.
I'm glad to know its not just me with this problem as I thought, as a newbie I'd done something wrong.

Um.. That's not going to work. I'm on a business internet connection, and we have one IP address for the entire network. We have servers on this IP address and there's absolutely no way that I can use a different IP address. Is there something in your system that is causing this? Such as your server banning my IP, etc?

I will but, (again) my 3-use trial's expired. Even using a new UP address I am told that the trial's expired.
How can I get the activation code to unlock it? I'll video exactly what happens this time if it's of help.

then run the software again and put the biz email in the box

its a trial version, I can't use that page because it requires my PayPal information which I've not yet provided.

How do I get you the activation code? It doesn't pop up the activation code box.. It doesn't show me absolutely anything in regards to the software when I double-click the icon. All I do is click the icon, the computer sits here for a couple seconds, and then I get that error message saying it can't connect to the license server.

Wait, here you go... I have Firefox set to remember what I type in form fields, so I was able to get both activation codes:
First one:
