Files are not working

I purchased the MS Friend Adder Multi-Sockets and the MS Leet User ID Scanner on the advise of a friend. I bought and then downloaded the software, unzipped the files and tried to open them and I'm getting a missing file error at which point my friend says that in the readme file I needed to download a couple of files and each time that I attempt to I'm directed into the activation page. These are the files I am referring to:
